What is NO BACK LASH?
A special anti-spin spring is built into the bobbin case assembly to prevent the bobbin from spinning when the machine is suddenly stopped. If the bobbin spins when the machine stops, there is a good chance that a single loop of thread will fall out of the bobbin case. This condition will cause the thread to snap as soon as the machine begins to sew.
If you are running several or many of these machines, now is the time to stock up. Because these machines are run continuously the Bobbin Cases tend to wear out quickly, often in just 6 months. Are you have problems producing a “Balanced” stitch with no thread knots on the top or bottom of the material? This condition is usually caused by a poorly functioning Bobbin Case.
